Yes. The private planning session is free. It gives us time to discuss your idea, placement, size, pricing, available dates and whether the project is the right fit before anything is booked.

Your enquiry is reviewed first. If the project is suitable, you'll receive a WhatsApp and email invitation with a link to choose your preferred date and time for a free private planning session via Google Meet.

A £100 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the total price of your tattoo on the day of your session. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a different appointment if you reschedule within the required notice period.

Choose the option that feels closest. Small is usually compact and simple, medium is larger single-area work, half sleeve and full 360 sleeve are arm projects, and full back / large scale is for major multi-session work. We can refine the exact size during the planning session.

Yes. Reference images are encouraged. They help communicate the overall direction, mood, composition and style you're looking for. Existing tattoos can be used as inspiration, but they won't be copied directly.

Yes. Tattoo appointments booked during your private planning session receive 15% off. This offer is only available when the appointment is secured during the call.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, Bitcoin or Klarna, allowing the cost of the tattoo to be spread over time if preferred.

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date when sufficient notice is given.

Kacper Mamcarczyk is based at Onyx Tattoo Studio in London. All tattoo appointments are by appointment only.
